24 August 2020 - 7 hours later and uploading windows 10 destroyed my laptop.
Ayoze cleaned out all the crap from win10 after many hours trying to uninstal it. Fully cleaned operating system. He then reinstated windows 7 for me which (was working fine until Microsoft kept pushing me to load win10).
installed my annual upgrade for Windows 365 home.
All fully working.
It took 3 days to fix the mess and Ayoze still only charged me £45.
